Question 1

How does the escrow payment work?

Accepted Answer

When you place an order, your payment is held securely in escrow. It's only released to the seller after we verify that your link has been placed correctly on their site.

Question 2

How do you verify links?

Accepted Answer

Our automated crawler checks the seller's page to confirm your link is live, uses the correct anchor text, and has the right rel attribute (dofollow/nofollow).

Question 3

What if my link gets removed?

Accepted Answer

We continuously monitor all placed links and alert you if anything changes. You can open a dispute for a refund.

Question 4

How long does it take to get a link placed?

Accepted Answer

Each listing shows the seller's estimated turnaround time. Most links are placed within 3-7 business days.

Question 5

Can I be both a buyer and a seller?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Select the 'Both' role when signing up and you can buy links and sell placements on your own sites.
